Will players need a webcam and microphone? Will they need to create characters ahead of time? Let your players know if they need to install certain software, or register to websites. This will make your gameplay and sessions smoother to run.
Where will these characters need to be created? Do you expect players to create a character during your session, or beforehand? We do our best to onboard and introduce new players in regards to Character Creation. Think about how you can support new and veteran players here.
When players join this adventure they will get access to these instructions. This is the place provide a discord invite link, logins to websites, or anything you want to keep hidden from the public.
Provide a link for the discord your players will use to communicate. A button will show on the Adventure Overview page for all players.
